- orange
- sharp knife

Step 1
Set your orange down on a plate.

Turn the orange horizontally- the two cores should be on the side. Make vertical cuts on both sides of the orange close to the cores. The cut should be about 3" from the cores and should go through the entire peel and the orange.

Now turn the orange up straight.

Make a 1-2 " deep cut from the top of the orange all along the side of the orange until you reach the bottom. **The cut should penetrate just through the orange peel and not through the orange.

Repeat step 4 three more times so that you have 4 evenly spaced lines cut along the sides of your orange. Again, the cut should penetrate only through the orange peel and not through the orange.

Step 6
Now with your hands hold the top of one section and peel down. The orange peel should come off neatly and perfectly!

Do this for all of the orange sections. You should have a perfect uncut peeled orange, mess free!
