Little things to do during the day to get your exercise in without going to the gym or really working out.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Water Bottles
  • Music
  • Open Mind
  1. Step 1

    While on the computer stand up and do knee lifts.

  2. Step 2
    Rock Garden
     
    Rock Garden

    Go outside and do something in your garden.

  3. Step 3

    Do 10 pull ups in your doorway whenever you walk by.

  4. Step 4
     

    Do 11 minutes of yoga every day. Just a little bit adds up. Most people do 1 hour a week.

  5. Step 5

    Hop up and down when you have a spare moment.

    Dance, even if it is a great song on the radio.

  6. Step 6
     

    Stretch when you go up the stairs.
    Take the stairs as often as you can. Avoid the elevator.
    Park your car far away. Carry your own groceries.

  7. Step 7
     

    House clean. Do deep knee bends and stretches.

  8. Step 8

    Use soup cans or water bottles as bar bells.
    Watch a TV show and step up and down on something 4 inches high.
    Walk your dog or walk with a friend.
    Walk with your ipod listening to a new language or great podcast.
    Use your bike instead of your car.
