While on the computer stand up and do knee lifts.

Rock GardenGo outside and do something in your garden.

Do 10 pull ups in your doorway whenever you walk by.

Do 11 minutes of yoga every day. Just a little bit adds up. Most people do 1 hour a week.

Hop up and down when you have a spare moment.
Dance, even if it is a great song on the radio. -

Stretch when you go up the stairs.
Take the stairs as often as you can. Avoid the elevator.
Park your car far away. Carry your own groceries. -

House clean. Do deep knee bends and stretches.

Use soup cans or water bottles as bar bells.
Watch a TV show and step up and down on something 4 inches high.
Walk your dog or walk with a friend.
Walk with your ipod listening to a new language or great podcast.
Use your bike instead of your car.
