One of our worst fears is Alzheimer's. Remember what is good for the heart is good for the head.

  • Fruits
  • Nuts
  • Limes
  1. Step 1

    Fruits and Nuts

    Remember to eat as healthy as you can. Fruits and nuts are very good for you. The more you can consume the better. Fresh green vegetables are good, too. Drink spirulina mixed with stevia.

  2. Step 2

    Exercise. Do not sit around and watch TV. Join groups. Volunteer. Sing. Be with other people who have some of your interests. Take a class on something you always wanted to learn.

    Avoid Aluminum

    Stay away from aluminum and cookware that has coating. Aluminum comes in many things.

  4. Step 4

    Stay away from toxins. Bug sprays, pesticides, mercury and solvents are loaded with pollutants. Go on a cleanse and take dandelion root, milk thistle, and stinging nettle. These will cleanse you, and so will eating all the fruits and vegetables.

  5. Step 5
     

    Go out in the sunshine every day. Get some good sun. You want to stimulate your brain and soak in all the senses. Vitamin D to your body is very healthful. Enjoy the light.

    Drink water with lime. Get as much lime in your system as you can. Limes contain cholinesterase inhibitors that help your brain.

Tips & Warnings
  • Drink Herb tea.
  • Use parsley, lemon balm, cilantro, mint, sage, watercress and rosemary.
