How to Make Jello Desserts in Individual Molds
Jello desserts are especially refreshing in summertime. And they are more fun to eat when made in individual molds. Make them in animal molds, star and sun ones or basic shape molds. But before adding the jello dessert, first spray the molds with non-stick cooking spray to help prevent your dessert from sticking. Here are two yummy desserts made with jello... Things You'll Need
- For Orange Sherbet Jello:
- 6 ounce package orange jello
- 1 3/4 cup boiling water
- 1 pint orange sherbet
- 1 small can mandarin oranges, well drained and chopped small.
- For Creamy Raspberry Jello:
- 6 ounce package raspberry jello
- 2 cups prepared whipped cream
- 20 ounces frozen, thawed and thoroughly drained raspberries
- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 3/4 cup cold water

Orange Sherbet Jello:
Dissolve the orange jello in boiled water; pour into large mixing bowl; add orange sherbet, stirring until melted; add mandarin oranges.
Pour into individual molds. Refrigerate until set. -

Creamy Raspberry Jello:
Dissolve raspberry jello in boiling water; add cold water; pour into large mixing bowl.
Chill in refrigerator until jello slightly firms.
Using electric mixer on low speed, beat jello until foamy; add drained raspberries; stir; fold in whipped cream.
Pour into individual molds. Refrigerate until set. -

Try a variation; substitute raspberries and raspberry jello with strawberries and strawberry jello.

Tips & Warnings
Don't forget to lightly coat the molds with non-stick cooking spray before pouring the desserts into them.
