Some foods are much healthier than others, eat foods with a power punch of antioxidants.

Eating fruits, vegetables and whole grains is great, but eating foods with large amounts of antioxidants is super.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

EAT FRESH FRUIT - You should be eating at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables a day. Eat fruits such as pomegranates, cranberries, blueberries, cantaloupe, avocado, papaya, mango and acai berries for extra antioxidant protection.

  2. Step 2

EAT FRESH VEGETABLES - Eat plenty of vegetables every day. Eat vegetables such as cauliflower, broccoli, kale, spinach, collard greens, tomatoes and carrots for a high dose of antioxidant protection.

  3. Step 3

EAT NUTS - Eat a small amount of nuts and seeds every day. Sunflower seeds, almonds and walnuts all have unique properties that are beneficial to good health. Sunflower seeds have nutrients that are not found in any other foods.

  4. Step 4

EAT FISH - Eat wild caught fish whenever possible. Farm raised fish do not have the high number of nutrients that wild caught fish has. The Omega 3 level in farmed raised salmon is significantly lower than their wild caught counterparts. Salmon, tuna, mackerel and sardines are packed with rare and beneficial nutrients. Eat super foods today and every day.
