    weight lifting
    weight lifting

Select a workout program that you really enjoy. Don't attempt a weight lifting workout if it bores you. If you prefer jogging or even practicing yoga incorporate these into your workout routine.

  2. Step 2

Schedule your fitness or exercise workouts for the same time everyday. Make it a regular practice like taking a shower or brushing your teeth.

  3. Step 3

Studies show that those who exercise in the morning receive a metabolic boost through the day. Thus burning more calories.

  4. Step 4

Vary your workout routine. Don't just keep repeating the same old fitness routine each workout. Besides the boredom, the body will adjust to the routine and the work out is less effective.

  5. Step 5

Get competitive with a friend. Join up with an exercise buddy and workout together. Encourage each other to keep on going for your personal goals.

  6. Step 6

Set a personal weight loss or exercise goal. For example, setting a goal to lose 10 pounds in 10 days or to eventually run a mile or a marathon.

  7. Step 7

Take care of your body by eating good healthy nutritious foods. This provides the energy to keep working out and improving day by day. And eventually reaching all your goals.
