A home spa day that includes a yogurt facial mask makes a great gift for your mom, a friend or yourself!
Yogurt has been used by women as a natural, inexpensive skin treatment for centuries. Yogurt will work on all skin types. It soothes redness, tightens pores and softens skin, all while gently deep cleaning.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Plain, natural yogurt
  • towels
  • Mom or a friend!
  1. Step 1
    Natural, unflavored, plain yogurt
     
    Natural, unflavored, plain yogurt

    Use a natural, unflavored, plain yogurt. You may want to let the yogurt warm up slightly before applying it. Do this by leaving it out of the fridge just until the chill is gone!

  2. Step 2
    Gently apply to the face and neck

    Apply to the face and neck, as you would a mask. Be careful not to get it into the eyes. Use towels to avoid a mess!

  3. Step 3
    Gently rinse with warm water
     
    Gently rinse with warm water

    Leave the yogurt mask on for ten minutes.
    This will give the yogurt a chance to be absorbed into the pores of the skin.
    Then gently rinse off with warm water and pat the skin dry with a soft towel.

  • Invite a few friends over for a homemade spa day!
  • Makes a great gift!
  • Do not use on infants or young children
