Things You'll Need:
- Plain, natural yogurt
- towels
- Mom or a friend!

Step 1
Natural, unflavored, plain yogurtUse a natural, unflavored, plain yogurt. You may want to let the yogurt warm up slightly before applying it. Do this by leaving it out of the fridge just until the chill is gone!

Step 2
Gently apply to the face and neckApply to the face and neck, as you would a mask. Be careful not to get it into the eyes. Use towels to avoid a mess!

Step 3
Gently rinse with warm waterLeave the yogurt mask on for ten minutes.
This will give the yogurt a chance to be absorbed into the pores of the skin.
Then gently rinse off with warm water and pat the skin dry with a soft towel.
