How to make Potato chip Chicken Fingers

This is a very easy way to make Chicken Fingers! It's great snack for a group of friends, and the perfect appetizer. Also is good to make with kids =] just follow these easy steps...

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • whole boneless, skinless, chicken breasts (thawed)
  • potato chips (plain/barbecue/ or sour cream)
  • 1 to 2 eggs
  • milk 2-4 tablespoons (depends on how many chicken fingers your making)
  • a large sealable plastic bag
  1. Step 1

    Gather all of your materials. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. (make sure yor hands are clean when working with meat)

  2. Step 2

    Cut the chicken breasts into finger-sized pieces. Then fill the large sealable plastic bag with the potato chips, seal the bag, and crush the chips with a rolling pin or with your hand.

  3. Step 3

    In a small bowl, whisk the egg and milk (1 egg and 2 tablespoons of milk per chicken breast. Then dip the chicken pieces into the egg mixture, then into the bag. Shake gently until chicken is covered.

  4. Step 4

    Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping once during the cooking time.

  5. Step 5

    Serve with barbecue sauce, salsa, or honey mustard dip. And enjoy!
