Just some tips I wanted to share on keeping you and your family heathy and happy! Since I became a mother, I've become somewhat of a germaphob, but its not always a bad thing. It's good to be careful and to practice good hygiene.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

First of all, I'm sure you've heard this before, but wash your hands often! Get some hand soap and keep it next to your bathroom sink. Try for a good 20 second hand washing each time.

  2. Step 2

Carry hand sanitizer with you. I use my hand sanitizer any time I come out of a store or public place, or any time I touch money or anything. It is also a good idea to sanitize after using gas pumps, ATMs or after leaving the bank or fast food restaurant. It always comes in handy! Just carry it in your purse or in my case, Diaper bag.

  3. Step 3

It also comes in handy to have baby wipes with you at all times. I use them to wipe down shopping carts before I use them and to,of course, wip my daughters hands after random people come up and touch her. I also use them to wipe down the table in the mall food court or in restaurants before we eat.

  4. Step 4

Keep disinfectant spray in the house. Use it to disinfect door handles, light switches, remote controls, furniture etc.

  5. Step 5

Keep your sponge clean and replace often! This is one of the most discusting things in anyones house. Throw it in the diswasher regularly to clean it and replace at least every month.

  6. Step 6

If you're in public and notice someone coughing or sneezing, keep your distance.

Tips & Warnings
  • Keep all chemicals(or hand sanitizer, disinfectant) out of childs reach. These can be fatal!!
