Step 1
desert essence facial scrub Link in resource boxWet your wash cloth with very warm water and lay it on your face, until it is almost cool. Repeat this process 3-4 times to soften skin amd open pores. Use exfolient (I recommend desert essence facial scrub for $3.98) to remove dead skin. Rub in an upward circular motion for 1 minute. This will allow you to get under the skin and hair follicles. Rinse with warm water.

Step 2
episilk moisture mask link in resource boxGenerously apply a moisturizing facial mask (I recommend episilk moisture mask $7.98). This should also be applied in an upward circular motion. You can use your fingers or a professional fan brush to apply. Wait 5-7 minutes before rinsing. Rinse with warm water and blot face dry do not rub.

Step 3
Derma E pycnogenol creme link in resource boxNext apply your moisturizer do not skimp use a generous amount. This will help to seal in moisture. An added treat especially in the summer is to keep your moisturizer in the fridge. not only is it refreshing but the cold helps to shrink your pores which always makes skin look better.
You can now apply an essential oil behind your ears, on neck and elbows and behind knees. Use either lavender oil to relax and destress or pepermint oil to refresh and energize.
