Seek out sources of potential problems. Make sure waistbands are not too tight or too loose. Rub your fingers along any seams that touch the skin to check for potential irritation.

Forget fashion. Although baggy shorts are "in," overly baggy shorts can hamper your child's mobility and agility with the ball.
