You should have your kitten care supplies before getting your new kitten.

    1. Kitten proof your home by removing any dangerous or toxic items or plants. (Kittens are very curious and are little snoops, therefore you should kitten proof your home.)

    2. Make sure any other pets are well secured from the kitten.

    3. Make sleeping arrangements for the kitten. ( Provide your kitten with warmth, use an old blanket or a baby quilt for the kitten to snuggle and cuddle up in.)

    4. You will need a litter box.(Cats are instinctively clean, and toilet training your kitten to use a kitty litter box is simple.)

    5. Toys and Games (Kittens will discover all kinds of toys, make sure their toys are not small and become choking hazards).

    **Feeding**

Kittens are ready to eat soften kitten food 3 to 4 weeks old. Soak kitten chow in water until it softens or you can try canned kitten food.

  3. Step 3

Feed your kitten at the same time and in the same place each day.
This will help the kitten to adjust to a feeding schedule. They usually
eat 3 times a day until they are 6 months old and twice a day until
    they are one year old.
