1
Choose the flowers for the bouquet. Fall has many muted, earthy tones, so keep that in mind when choosing the flowers. Red, orange, peach, brown, purple, yellow and dark pink are all great colors to think about when choosing flowers for a fall bridal bouquet. Roses are hardy flowers and will suit a bridal bouquet well. Other flowers you might consider are calla lilies, tulips, daffodils, gerbera daisies, zinnias, marigolds, chocolate cosmos, gloriosa lilies, sunflowers and dahlias. Feel free to choose several different types of these flowers to spice up the look of your bridal bouquet. If the flowers are large, use fewer flowers. If the flowers are small, use more flowers.

2
Use the stem stripper to remove thorns, leaves and excess foliage from each flower stem. You can leave the leaves near the top of the stem just under the flowers -- this will help shape the fall bridal bouquet.

3
While the flowers are in the container full of water, cut the stems at a 45-degree angle slightly longer than the length you want the fall bridal bouquet to be (the final stem should be about 8 inches long, so cut it at 9 inches). You will cut the stems one more time after they are assembled, so be sure to leave an extra inch or so at the bottom.
-
4
Assemble five flower stems together at an even height in your hand to form the middle dome of the fall bridal bouquet.
-
5
Assemble the rest of the flowers one by one around the previous five while making sure the overall look forms a dome shape.
-
6
Add large leaves to the outside of the fall bridal bouquet if desired.
-
7
Tape the stems with green floral tape 3 inches below the dome of flowers and leaves. Tape the rest of the stems as well, but be sure to leave an inch and a half of stems hanging out at the bottom of the fall bridal bouquet.
-
8
Cut the bouquet stems so they are an even length of about 8 inches, and dry them off with a towel.
-
9
Cut a piece of ribbon about 25 inches long.
-
10
Tuck one end of the ribbon beneath the green floral tape just under the flowers at the top of the stems, and wrap the ribbon down the bridal bouquet in a spiral pattern.
-
11
After reaching the end of the bridal bouquet, wrap the ribbon back up to the top in a spiral motion. If you get to the top and you have extra ribbon, go ahead and cut it, then tuck the end of the ribbon under the green floral tape at the top.
-
12
Use six to eight pearl-tipped corsage pins in a row up the stems to hold the ribbon in place on the bridal bouquet.
-
13
Cut more ribbon, and use it tie a bow under the flowers at the top of the bridal bouquet. Cut the ends of the bow as desired.
-
14
Refrigerate the fall bridal bouquet until the wedding ceremony begins.

Tips & Warnings
If you assemble the bouquets the night before the wedding, be sure to store them in water and spray the flowers so they stay looking fresh.
Be careful pinning the bow to the stems - you might prick your fingers.
