Step 1
Come up with your prices! You can't make a lot of money by selling 1 comment here and there. Most people won't be interested in just 1 anyway. Be clear that they are dofollow comments that your selling. Set bulk rates.. in multiples of 5 or 10. Don't cut your throat making the prices either!

Check out the webmaster forums to find people interested. There are lots of places that webmasters hang out. These are the people who want to bring up their sites pageranks and know the value of blogging comments.

Advertise your deal to these people, be clear on your price, throw in incentives! If they purchase 50 comments they will get 5 extra ones.

You can make repeat customers if you are good at what you do. Show these people your work. After you comment on a blog, copy and paste the link into a file using wordpad, word, or even just an email so that they can go back and see what you've left.

Provide good customer service and you should have no problem with repeat customers! It's a great way to make a little money on the side.
