With all of the news about all of the sickness that is going around it's kinda hard not to catch it, but in this article I will give you some steps to keep your self clean of any sickness.

Things You'll Need:

  • Good Health
  1. Step 1

    The first way that you can stay clean of any sickness is wash your hands as many chances that you get.

    - Wash with soap and water not just water
    - Clean your hands with habd sanitizer or gel cleaner
    - If you have cleaning wipes wipe thoroughly

  2. Step 2

    The next thing that you can do is if your are sick or your children are sick stay home from school or work.

  3. Step 3

    Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze. Make sure to dispose your tissue when done and make sure that you wash your hands again.

  4. Step 4

    Avoid touching you mouth, nose, or eyes. Germs can spread when a person touches something and then touch your mouth, nose, or eyes.

  5. Step 5

    Practice good health habits by getting plenty of sleep,being physically active, manage your stress, drink plenty of water and eat nutrious foods.

  6. Step 6

    If you are experiencing servere symptoms including cough, fever, fatigue, sore throat, chills, headaches, ect you should see a doctor.

Tips & Warnings
  • Be sure to take medicine to get better
  • If you are sick for longer than about a week in a half you're not getting better go see a doctor
