This natural foot spray will help to prevent and treat foot odor. This foot spray works by killing bacteria and helping to prevent excess sweating which are the main causes of foot odor.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 Cup of Witch Hazel
  • 1 Tablespoon of Spearmint Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons of Geranium Oil
  • Spray Bottle
  1. Step 1

Pour the witch hazel into a medium mixing bowl, then add the spearmint oil and geranium oil. Whisk the mixture together gently until thoroughly combined.

  2. Step 2

Pour the mixture into a cosmetics spray bottle that is new, or has been cleaned out thoroughly. These can be found at most drugstores.

  3. Step 3

Before use, shake the container gently. Spray directly onto the feet and be sure to spray the toes as well. I suggest spraying the feet about 20 minutes before putting on socks or shoes so that the spray has time to soak into the feet and dry.

  4. Step 4

You can let it sit out for a while before use if you want the mixture to be at room temperature when you spray your feet, but between uses it should be stored in the fridge.
