  • 1 cup witch hazel
  • 1 tablespoon spearmint oil
  • 2 tablespoons geranium oil

      Pour the witch hazel into a medium-size mixing bowl, and add the spearmint oil and geranium oil. Whisk the mixture together gently until thoroughly combined.

      Pour the mixture into a cosmetic's spray bottle. These can be found at most drugstores.

      Shake the container gently. Spray directly onto the feet, including between the toes. Leave your feet bare for about 20 minutes before putting on socks or shoes so that the spray has time to soak in and dry.
