Things You'll Need:
- scissors
- 2 coffee filters
- coffee(for in-between)
-
Step 1
take your coffee filter outtake a coffee filter and fold it half. I use the big coffee filters since they are cheaper. However the easier way is to use the coffee filters that fit your machine so use those if needed.
-
Step 2
cut filterThen cut off the excess of the coffee filter(if they fit in your coffee filter skip this step). Then take the top filter and cut it(you will have to cut to fit in coffee maker).
-
Step 3
cover coffee filterplace the filter in the coffee maker and scoop coffee in it. Then cover the coffee filter with the other coffee filter. I love this because I was always getting coffee grounds in my coffee and now I am not! I can now enjoy a cup of coffee and hopefully you can too.

on 5/3/2009 That is such a clever idea! Where I work at, there are coffee grounds in the coffee, I will try that when I have the chance.

on 5/1/2009 Great idea to keep the coffee grounds out of your coffee--thanks for sharing it. I usually cold brew my coffee which helps prevent that, but for when I use the coffee maker this will be really helpful!
