Smooth your thighs.
Smooth your thighs.

You have been wondering how to get rid of cellulite. Cellulite is water, fat and body fluids trapped in your cells. One thing that keeps them trapped is salt. Reducing salt, exercising and drinking more water can help you to reduce cellulite naturally.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

DRINK MORE WATER - Water is necessary to flush the fat out of the cells. You need a minimum of 8 glasses of water per day. Don't short yourself. Keep track of how much water you are drinking. Drink 8 glasses of straight water. Do not count coffee, tea, sodas or other drinks as your water intake. Your brain and your body needs straight water.

  2. Step 2

REDUCE SALT INTAKE - Salt holds the water, fat and body fluids in your cells. Reduce salt intake. Do not salt your foods. Most likely you are getting more than enough salt naturally from your food and you do not need to add more.

  3. Step 3

EXERCISE - Exercise combined with the two steps above will help you to burn off cellulite. Exercise at least 5 days per week for at least 15 minutes.

  4. Step 4

CELLULITE CREAMS - So far none of the cellulite creams on the market have been proven to be effective. However, just the motion of rubbing a cream into your skin where you have cellulite does seem to improve the appearance of the cellulite. You can use any lotion that you prefer it does not need to be formulated for cellulite.
