Some people lack calf muscles or don't know how to properly build them. I decided it to write this article to show you in detail how to workout your calf muscle and build it in detail step by step exercise by exercise. Not only will this article help you in building, and toning your calf muscle, but it'll also help you in making it bigger and stronger.
This article not only will it help the average man or woman but it'll help and benefit the normal athlete, it'll make them faster and stronger. Not only do your legs have to carry you all day, but they also make a part in your body's muscle mass.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Time patience, dedication.
  1. Step 1

    Stretch your calf, leg muscles before you workout for 4 minutes.

  2. Step 2
     

    Perform barbell step-ups 2 sets of 10

  3. Step 3
     

    Perform standing calf raises 2 sets of 50

  4. Step 4
     

    Perform donkey calf raises 2 sets of 50.

  5. Step 5
     

    Perform leg press exercises until failure.

  6. Step 6

    Eat before and after you workout.

  7. Step 7

    Increase sets and reps as each week passes.

  8. Step 8

    Run, walk or jog with weights.

  9. Step 9

    Workout your calf muscles twice a week.

Tips & Warnings
  • Perform each sets and reps slowly and putting tension on the muscle.
  • Stretch you leg, calf muscle before and after each workout.
  • Breathe whenever you workout.
  • Drink lots of water when working out
  • Have a partner with you to avoid injury.
  • If the sets, reps are too much lower both to avoid injury.
  • Never workout your legs without stretching first, or warming up.
  • Don't workout if you haven't eaten anything an hour or 2 before your workout.
