Things You'll Need:

Stretch your calf, leg muscles before you workout for 4 minutes.

Perform barbell step-ups 2 sets of 10

Perform standing calf raises 2 sets of 50

Step 4
Perform donkey calf raises 2 sets of 50.

Step 5
Perform leg press exercises until failure.

Step 6
Eat before and after you workout.

Step 7
Increase sets and reps as each week passes.

Step 8
Run, walk or jog with weights.

Step 9
Workout your calf muscles twice a week.
