I am going to explain to you step by step how to make a basket full of flowers, Perfect for mother'ss day or any other special occasion.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Flowers
  • basket
  • green floral foam
  • scissors
  1. Step 1

The first thing you need to do is decide which flowers you are going to put into your basket. Then you will cut each flower on the stem at an angle. Do not cut them straight across. If you cut them at an angle they soak up more water. You also need to decide which type of basket you are going to use for your gift.

  2. Step 2

Place green floral foam in some water and soak really good. Then add the floral faom to the bottom of the basket.

  3. Step 3

Next you need to start adding your flowers to the bucket. Place the tall one in first. Place them so they are spread out within the basket.

  4. Step 4

Then start to place small flowers around the tall flowers. When you are done with that you can add greenery around the inside of the basket on the edge and in between the other flowers so it fills in the holes. Now that your basket is full you can rearrange flowers to fill in spaces or in an order that you like them. Make sure they are all secured in the foam.

  5. Step 5

Add a bow to the basket and you are done. Dont forget the card.
