  • forum account
  1. Step 1

Open your email account. Look for your mail options and click on it. Scroll down and find and click on the "signatures link." You should now have two option available. You can either enter your own HTML from scratch, or use the email's color and graphics area.

  2. Step 2

Locate the color and graphics area. Type in how you want your signature to read. Highlight the first word. Click on the "text color tab" and select a color. If you want to design colorful signatures, then make each word or letter a different color by repeating this step.

  3. Step 3

Click on the create hyperlink icon. Add the website URL to where you want your signature to be directed. When it's added, click "okay." This is how you design colorful signatures without using HTML.

  4. Step 4

Login to your forum account. Click on the "User CP link." On the left hand side there should be an "Edit Signature link." Click on it. This area should already be set up for a color and graphics signature. Keep in mind the area with the various colors may have a huge A icon.
