How to Make Flash Movies With Swish Zone
Flash movies are all the rage on the Internet, and making them is a widely sought-after skill. Being able to make Flash movies can be very useful, but many of the programs used to create Flash animation are extremely complex and have a considerable learning curve. Swish Zone's Swish Max is a great tool for creating your own Flash movies, and it does most of the thinking for you.

Open Swish Max. Click on the "Movie Tab," and make sure to change the background to white. Make the size settings whatever you require, but also make sure that under View the zoom is set to "100." Set the frame rate above 20; 25 would be good.

Go to "Paint," and pick a Sprite you want to use in an animation. "Copy" and "Paste" the Sprite into the scene.

Make the background around the Sprite transparent by going to the "Shape" tab. Click on "Properties," and put a check mark in the box that says "Transparency." Use the "Color Picker" to choose the background color.

Chose the next Sprite in the sequence, and then repeat steps 2 and 3. Go to the frames, and click on the first frame for Sprite 1. Select "Place." Then go to the second frame of Sprite 1 and select "Remove." Now go to the second frame of Sprite 2, and select "Place." Then go to the third frame of Sprite 2 and select "Remove."

Continue using the technique used in Step 4 until you have gone through the entire sequence of Sprites you added. Select all the Sprites at the same time, and right-click. Select "Grouping" and click "Group as Sprite." Now preview your movie.
