  • 1 2-quart microwave safe bowl with a lid
  • 1 pound of red potatoes
  • Vegetable scrubber
  • Soap and water
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • Knife
  • Salt, pepper, butter for serving (optional)

      Scrub the potatoes with the vegetable scrubber to get rid of any excess dirt.
