How to Remove Concrete Screws

Concrete screws are essential for securing items to concrete. When the screw head gets stripped, it can be come a nightmare. Thankfully, there is a way to remove a stripped concrete screw that you can do yourself. No expensive tools are needed and this method will remove the screw out of the concrete entirely.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Screw remover (see resources)
  • Drill
  1. Step 1

    Attach the screw remover bit to your drill and tighten the drill chuck.

  2. Step 2

    Set your drill to spin counterclockwise by using the drill's toggle switch.

  3. Step 3

    Push the bit firmly into the concrete screw head.

  4. Step 4

    Start the drill to remove the screw out of the concrete.
