How to Use Almond Oil

Wash your hair with your standard shampoo. Partially dry hair, keeping it damp.

Pour a few drops of almond oil into your palms and warm it by rubbing your hands together.

Run the oil through your damp hair down to your scalp.

Massage the oil in circular motions with your fingers down to the scalp.

Allow to sit for 3 minutes and wash out with shampoo.

Wash face and skin with facial cleanser and water.

Warm a dab of oil the size of a pencil eraser with your hands by rubbing them together or use an aromatherapy massage oil warmer.

Apply to face in upward circular motions, massaging the oil into the skin gently.
