Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 3 1/2 cups G-F Flour
  • 1 pack of quick rise yeast
  • 1 1/2 cups very warm water
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 Tbls Xanthan Gum
  • pinch of salt
  1. Step 1

    1. Add all the ingredients in your mixer or food processor. Mix on low to medium until all the ingredients are well blended. The dough will look more like a thick batter.

  2. Step 2

    2. Grease a bread pan and pour the dough into it. Smooth out the dough so it fits neatly in the pan.

  3. Step 3

    3. Put the entire pan into your crock pot. Make certain you leave the lid slightly ajar so steam can escape. You can prop it open with a wooden spoon if you like.

  4. Step 4

Set the crock pot to high and a timer for 3 hours. No seperate rising needed, your bread should be ready at the end of the 3 hours.
