How to Repair DHCP for Windows
Some cases in computer networking find you in a situation where your computer's IP address is no longer valid or is in conflict with the IP address of someone else on the network. In those cases, it is necessary to perform the proper steps to repair your DHCP settings and to allocate a new IP address to your computer.

Click "Start," and then click "Control Panel." Double-click the "Network Connections" icon.

Right-click on the "Local Area Connection" that shows a status of "Connected"' and then left-click the "Repair" option.

Click "Close" when Windows displays a message that it has "Finished Repairing the network connection."

Click "Start," and then type "cmd" and the press "Enter." Type "net config rdr" and the press "Enter" from the "Command Prompt" window. Note the last four characters of active adapter's TCP/IP GUID.

Click "Start," and then type "regedit" and then press "Enter."

Locate the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters\Interfaces\{GUID} key in the left-hand pane of the registry editor and click on the specific key whose last 4 GUID characters match the four-character TCP/IP GUID that you noted in Step 1.
On the Edit menu, point to New, and then click DWORD (32-bit) Value.
In the New Value #1 box, type DhcpConnEnableBcastFlagToggle, and then press ENTER.
Right-click DhcpConnEnableBcastFlagToggle, and then click Modify.

Right-click the located registry entry, and then click "New," and then click "DWORD (32-bit) Value."

Type "DhcpConnEnableBcastFlagToggle" in the "New Value #1" box, and then press "Enter."

Double-click the "DhcpConnEnableBcastFlagToggle" key, and then type "1" in the "Value data" box, and then click "OK."

Close the registry editor and then reboot your system.
