Imagine a sound system without wires snaking around the room to your speakers. Wouldn't it be great to position your speakers without the headache of figuring out where to place those unsightly wires?
Wireless speaker systems offer the flexibility to move your speakers to the best sound location. It is easy to install and can be moved to other rooms without hassle.

Things You'll Need

  • Wireless speaker system: (2) speakers and (1) transmitter
  • (16) size C batteries: alkaline or rechargeable NiMH
  • (3) AC adapters supplied with your wireless speaker system.
  • (1) stereo RCA cable
  • Audio source such as an iPod, MP3 player or home theatre system.

Instructions

      Plug the stereo RCA cable into the right (red) and left (white) line out audio (output) jacks of your audio source. Then plug the other end of the cable into your transmitter. Make sure to match the red and white colors on both ends of the cable.

      Connect the AC adapter to the power jack of the transmitter. Then plug the other end into an electrical wall outlet.

      Install 8 batteries into each wireless speaker, taking care to match the polarity.

      Connect an AC adapter to the power jack of the each wireless speaker.

      Select the "Left/Right/Mono" speaker switch to assign one speaker as "Right" and the other as "Left."

      Position the speakers for the best listening position, making sure that there are no obstructions between the speakers and the transmitter.

      Turn on the transmitter and the wireless speakers. The power indicator should light on each unit.

      Pair the transmitter and two speakers, if the "Link Status" indicator is not lit solid green on all three units.
      Press and hold the "Pair" button for three seconds on the back of the transmitter. Then do the same for the speakers. The Pair button is on the back of each speaker.

      Turn on your audio source and enjoy.

Tips & Warnings

  • Rechargeable NiMH batteries require 24 hours to be fully charged before the first use of the speaker system. When pairing the speakers and transmitter, each unit stays in the pairing mode for 30 seconds.

  • Do not place or operate the wireless speakers, transmitter, or audio source in a wet area to avoid electrical shock or damage to the devices.
