Do you want to eliminate the task of gathering home addresses of guests, mailing out each individual invitation, and managing RSVPs? Eliminate these tasks by creating a invitation online and sending it to multiple guests simultaneously. Evite allows you to do just this and organizes guest responses. Learn how to create an invitation online using Evite following these simple steps.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Go to the Evite website (see link in the Resources below).

  2. Step 2

Click on the Invitations tab. Choose an event type and select an invite that you like. You can choose a design template that Evite offers, or create your own.

  3. Step 3

Create your own design by clicking on the "Design your Own" link. Choose a background. Click on the "Add an image" tab and either choose one of the main images Evite offers or upload your own picture from your computer. You can also add accent images and change the color of the invite by clicking on the "Add Accent Images" and "Choose Colors" tabs, respectively. Click on "Finish."

  4. Step 4

Fill in the fields with basic information about the party such as the event title, date, time and location.

  5. Step 5

Click on "Add Guests" and enter all of the email addresses of your guests, separated by commas or press Enter after each email address. Choose a reply style and click on the Preview button to view your invitation. Click on "Send" to send the invite to all of your guests.

Tips & Warnings
  • A message is sent to guests prior to the party to remind them of the party. You can also send all guests or selected guests a message.
