How to Remove Javascript From Word Documents
If you copy text from a Web page and paste it into a Word document, you may notice that the document's formatting is different than it appeared on the screen. You may also notice that you have problems correcting the formatting problems. This happens when the JavaScript embedded in the Web page gets transferred into the Word document along with the copied text. Removing the Javascript allows you to format the text as you would in any Word document.
