So your wife wants to split in Fable 2 play? Although the game does give you warning, it is not necessarily a fair one. There are a few things you can do to try to change her mind and prevent getting the ax.

Kill your wife. This is the quickest and most simple way to avoid losing any of your possessions and not have the stigma of a divorcee. While this seems harsh, it is the only surefire way of avoiding the "Big D."

Check your wife's emotional status. The game will tell you if she is happy or not. If she is not, rush home and console her before it is too late.

Offer her a slew of gifts. Many gifts are collected during game play. Diamonds are a girl's best friend.

Try some romantic gestures. Avoid the ones referring to sex or she will not take your advances too kindly.

Quit the game and reload from a previous saved spot. This gives you the chance to try the gifts and gestures again. Remember, the A.I. of Fable 2 allows for different responses from the city folk each time.

How bad to you have to fail a marriage in Fable 2 for them to divorce you? Seriously. I was never home, and I had a second marriage she learned about, and yet I always got presents when I went home.
