How to Mount Wheel Barrow Tires
Since there is only one tire on a wheelbarrow, it's not too overly difficult to mount a pneumatic tire onto the rim. The smaller plastic or uninflatable wheel barrow tires would be replaced as mounted assemblies and you wouldn't have to mount them. Wheelbarrow tires generally begin to dry rot after time in storage, and it's not uncommon to have to replace them from time to time. Does this Spark an idea?
Instructions

1
Place the rim of the wheelbarrow horizontally on a flat surface.
-
2
Apply a pair of Vise-grip pliers tightly to the upper edge of the rim of the wheelbarrow so that they are standing upward from the horizontal rim.
-
-
3
Place a generous amount of soapy water along the beads of the wheel barrow tire replacement.
-
4
Place the wheelbarrow tire center over the pair of Vise-grip pliers flat onto the top of the wheelbarrow tire rim. Turn the tire clockwise around the pliers as a bead setter while holding the rim stationary. This will be tricky, and you might need to get someone to assist you by holding the rim or standing on it. Once the bottom bead of the tire is partially onto the rim, use the two screwdrivers to pry the bead onto the rim in small sections. Hold the bead of the tire in place with one screwdriver while convincing the bead with the other 1 inch or so farther away. Alternate between the screwdrivers until the bottom bead is on the rim successfully.

Start at the set of Vise-grip pliers as a starting point and press the sidewall of the wheelbarrow tire down below the pliers, while holding it in place with a screwdriver. Work your way around the top bead of the tire in a similar fashion as before, alternating between the anchoring screwdriver and the one prying the bead onto the rim. Only try to pry 1 inch or so between the screwdrivers to optimize your success. Trying to pry on too much bead at once will result in the bead slipping off the rim and having to start the process all over again.

6
Inflate the tire. Replace the valve stem cap.
-
7
Place the wheelbarrow tire and rim back onto the wheelbarrow.

Tips & Warnings
Not too often will you find an inner tube for a wheelbarrow tire, but in the event it has an inner tube, the procedure would be that same, except you'd insert the tube inside the tire bladder and align the valve stem of the inner tube into the valve stem hole of the rim. You'd also want to be careful when using the screwdrivers to pry the bead onto the rim that you do not puncture the inner tube in the process.
