How to Convert AVI Files to Play on a DivX DVD Player
DivX, or Digital Video Express, is largely known and used for its ability to compress large video files without the loss of quality. Since its inception around 1998, DivX has been growing in use--so much so that many DVD players are DivX-compatible so you can watch DivX format videos without having to convert them to an audio TS folder and video TS folder. Unfortunately, many who watch videos on their computer in digital format have them in AVI format, which is not directly compatible with DivX DVD players. But converting AVI files to DivX is easy.
