Things You'll Need:
- D rings
- Grosgrain ribbon
- Fusible interfacing
- Measuring tape
- Scissors
- Sewing machine
- Thread

Step 1
Measure your waist or midsection where you desire your belt to fit, allowing 4 to 5 inches extra to secure the belt. Cut two lengths of ribbon to this customized length.

Step 2
Measure and cut one strip of fusible interfacing to match the width and length of the grosgrain ribbons.

Step 3
Follow the interfacing directions to fuse the interfacing to one side of one the ribbons.

Step 4
Line up the edges of the two ribbons and sew the ribbons together along all four sides, making sure that the interfacing is on the inside.

Step 5
Thread the sewn ribbon through both D rings and fold over about 1 inch.

Step 6
Sew the short folded end of the ribbon about 1/4 inch away from the D rings to secure them.
