How to Three Way Call With Verizon

Technology like three-way calling has made it easy for busy people to multitask. Three-way calling allows you to talk with two people at the same time. This calling feature is ideal for small business owners who need to speak with two business partners at the same time over the telephone.

Instructions

1. Call the first party.

2. After the first party is on the line, press the phone's recall or flash feature.

3. Wait to hear three short tones, immediately followed by a dial tone.

4. Dial the number of the second party.

5. Once the second party has answered the call, press the recall or flash feature for one second to bring the first party back on the line.

Tips & Warnings

• If either the first or second party hangs up their phone, the telephone conversation between you and the remaining party is still active. Press the recall or flash button once to disconnect the second party from the call.

• Once you hang up the telephone, the three-way call is disconnected.
