How to Make Laser Labels
If you send out a lot of snail mail -- whether you are paying bills, keeping up with personal or business correspondence, sending invitations for a special occasion or thank you notes for loads of gifts -- hand writing addresses can be a real pain. But if you have Microsoft Word and a laser printer, you can print multiple self-adhesive labels, saving you time and frustration.

2
Open Microsoft Word. Go to the Tools menu and click "Letters and Mailings" or "Labels" (depending on your version of Word).

-
3
Click on "Options." When prompted, choose your printer type, label product and product number. Click "OK."
-
4
Create the address in the empty field. You can type new text or copy and paste from another source. Change the font if you like.
-
5
Select to print an entire page of a single label. Click "OK." A new word document with the labels will appear. If you approve of the labels, print the page.
If you want to modify the labels, you can change the text just as you would any Word document. Once you make your modifications, print the page.
