Brush and floss your teeth well before applying Opalescence.

Carefully remove the pre-filled trays from the package. The trays are labeled for top and bottom teeth.

Do not remove the gel-filled tray from the outer tray. The inner tray contains the whitening gel, and the outer tray is used to position the thin inner tray on your teeth.

Apply Opalescence to your top teeth first. Press the tray onto your teeth, center it and suck to make the inner tray adheres to your teeth. Remove the outer tray and discard.

Repeat Step 4 on your bottom teeth.

You may have to use your fingers to gently press the inner trays into place.

Keep the trays on your teeth for 60 minutes.

Remove the trays and clean off the excess gel with a soft toothbrush.

Repeat these steps once a day for at least seven days.

Don't eat, drink or smoke while bleaching your teeth.
Before using Opalescence Tréswhite Supreme, make sure you don't have any cuts or sores in your mouth. The gel will sting open cuts and might even make them bleed.
