This is one of my favorite protein shakes. And it will pretty much replace a meal. I would recommend having it instead of your usual breakfast.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Whey Protein
  • Skim Milk
  • Ground Flaxseed
  • Psyllium
  • Peanut Butter
  1. Step 1

In a blender pour milk up to the 1 cup or 8 oz line. Add to this 1/4 cup of ice,( or a couple clean handfuls ). To this add 2 tablespoons( about 1 scoop ) of whey protein, and blend for about 15 seconds so that the ice can whip up the protein.

  2. Step 2

Next add 2 tablespoons of ground flaxseed, 2 tablespoons psyllium, and 1 tablespoon of peanut butter. You can add more peanut butter just remember that this will increase the amount of fat, and calories.

  3. Step 3

Blend on high for one minute to really pump some air into it. This helps to make you feel fuller. Make sure to only make what you will drink right away as the Psyllium puffs up as it sits.

Tips & Warnings
  • A 10 oz serving has about 406 calories, 10g of Fat, 0 Trans Fat, 14g of Fiber, and 34g of Protein.
  • Nutritional values may vary depending on the amount and type of ingredients used.
  • You can also add a banana to this recipe.
