Go to the united states postal service official website listed in the resources below. Highlight the tab on the right hand side of the page that says receiving mail. A drop down menu will appear where you will need to click Change Your Address.

You will now be at a page where you will need to agree to the USPS Privacy Act Statement. Click the large button at the bottom of the page that says I understand and acknowledge the statements above Click Here to Begin.

Now choose if this will be a temporary or permanent mailing address change and fill in the date that you would like to start forwarding your mail to your new address. Click Continue. Now select if this will be an individual, family or business. Click Continue.

Enter all of the information needed to change your address including your name, old address, new address, etc. Once you are finished filling out all of the information for your address change, click Continue.

The USPS will need a credit card or debit card number to verify your identity. Enter the information for your card and your phone number and click Submit. The USPS will charge your card $1, just to verify that all of your information is correct. Your mailing address will now be changed.
