Quick easy and tasty snack just for those warm summer days! This recipe is easy enough that the kids can you make it and is not only tasty but has a great source of fruit for your daily intake. Makes a great snack or dessert!

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 8oz cream cheese-softened
  • 1 1/2 cups COLD milk
  • 3.4oz vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip
  • 1 box (approx. 24) vanilla wafer cookies-crushed OR
  • 1 box (approx 2 packs) graham crackers-crushed
  • 1 1/2 cups your favorite berry or fruit
  1. Step 1

    Simply gather all of your ingredients and bakeware together. This is such an easy recipe that even the kids can help!

  2. Step 2

    Beat the cream cheese with mixer until nice and creamy, gradually beat in the milk. Next add the dry pudding mix and mix well. Whisk in 1 cup of the Cool Whip

  3. Step 3

    In a tall parfait glass, start your layering with your crushed graham crackers or vanilla wafers. Top that with the fruit of your choice. Next add a layer of the Cool Whip mixture. Repeat the layers one more time. (You should end with 2 layers of cracker, 2 layers of fruit and 2 layers of Cool Whip mix). Top the final layer with a spoonful of Cool Whip and a few piece of your fruit of choice.

  • 15 minute prep time, makes 8 servings.
