Cheesecake is the most popular dessert and this treat is not only simple to make, it is appealing and very tasty!

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 3 cups of your favorite fruit (strawberry, blueberry, etc.)
  • 3 tblspns sugar
  • 2 packages on cream cheese
  • 1 package of vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 2 cups of Cool Whip
  • 2 cups frozen poundcake (cubed)1 1/2 cups COLD milk
  1. Step 1

    First you want to get all of your ingredients together plus everything you'll need to make the cake- mixing bowls, large glass bowl, electric mixer and a spatula.

  2. Step 2

    Start off by combining the berries and sugar into a medium bowl. Put these in the refridgerator until you are ready for them. Using the electric hand mixer, beat the cream cheese until it is creamy, and slowly add in the milk.

  3. Step 3

    Next add the pudding mix until well blended. Add 1 1/2 cups of the Cool Whip and blend well. Spoon half of this mixture into a 2 quart (or bigger) bowl.

  4. Step 4

    Now start your layering. On top of the spooned in Cool Whip mixture, add your cake, then berries and then the remaining Cool Whip mix. Refridgerate for 4 hours and top with a small amount a fruit and a spoonful or two of Cool Whip.

Tips & Warnings
  • Drizzling melted chocolate on the final layer after refridgeration makes this dish look so elegant. This makes 14 2/3 cup servings and can be completed in 15 to 20 minutes, plus the time to refridgerate.
