Make Facial Masks for Acne

There are several popular acne face masks. Many people swear by the aspirin acne mask. Aspirin contains salicylic acid, which is a common ingredient in acne medicines, so it makes sense that an aspirin mask would work. Clay masks are good for oily skin, and apple cider vinegar helps tone and tighten the skin.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 3-5 aspirin tablets
  • 3-4 drops of water
  • honey
  • cat litter (MUST be 100% clay)
  • apple cider vinegar (ACV)
  1. Step 1

Mask 1 (Aspirin Mask): Crush 3-5 aspirin tablets. Try three tablets to begin with, as five might be too harsh. Add 3-4 drops of water to make a paste. Some people like to add a little honey for its soothing effect.

  2. Step 2

Apply paste to your face. Let the paste dry for 15 minutes. Rinse the paste off using a circular motion. Wash the face with cold water.

  3. Step 3

Mask 2 (Clay Mask): Mix 2-3 tablespoons of cat litter with water to make a smooth paste. Apply the mask to your face. Let dry for 15 minutes. Wash off.

  4. Step 4

Mask 3 (Apple Cider Vinegar): Blot apple cider vinegar onto your face. Let dry. Wash off with cold water.

  5. Step 5

There you have it! That’s all there is to making three good acne face masks. If you like this article, please rate it. And let me know which acne mask worked best for you. Thanks!
