How to make your Mom a Mother's Day gift

Mom's are special and kids want to show them how great they are on mother's day.Here are some easy to make gifts for that special mom.

1. Going to the store and buying a gift for mom is ok but when the gift is made by the kids this makes it very special.Most presents can be made at home and mom will love them because they are something made at home and more sentimental.If you have young ones give them some finger paint and let them create a nice finger painting for mom.Take pictures of them painting and glue them around the edges of the painting ,mom will love it.

2. You can take small jars like baby food jars and make votive candle holders out of them.Have the kids paint the jars or glue different small trinkets on the outside of the jars.You can take craft type construction paper and make frames out of it with a solid piece in the middle and put your favorite pictures of mom and the kids together in it. Use plenty of glitter and pink or colored ribbons on whatever you make and mother's day will be great.

3. For older kids some great ideas are bubble bath or bath salts,you can get some bath oil in , lavender, sandalwood and chamomile are good choices
   for mom to relax in a nice warm bath.Get your mom a nice bouquet of flowers I like to get ones that can be planted so they will grow in the garden or flower pot all year long. The kids can grow a flower in their rooms and give it to her on Mother's day she will love it since you grew it for her.There are many more ideas you can do for your mom on Mother's day just make sure to give her a hug and say"I love you mom"
