If you want to email a photograph to someone and are not sure how, then take a look at the steps below. These steps will show you how to send someone a photo using Microsoft outlook.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Open up Microsoft outlook and click on the ‘New’ button to create a new email. Enter the email address of the person you want to sent the pictures to.

  2. Step 2

Choose between adding the picture as an attachment or have the photo embedded into your email message. To add the photo as an attachment then either click the attachment icon, it shows as a little paper-clip or select Insert File from the main toolbar. You will then be presented with a dialog box that will allow you to browse to the location of your photo.

  3. Step 3

If you want the photo to be shown along side your email message then select Insert, Picture and the File from the main toolbar. You will then be shown a similar dialog box that will allow you to select the photo. When you click on the insert button on the dialog box the photo will be embedded into your email.
