"A cup of tea?"
http://www.1clipart.com/browse.php?p=food|drinks&s=3

This is for anyone who does not know how to make a cup of tea. Or needs to try to explain to someone else how to make a good cup of tea.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • A Coffee cup, or a tea cup (yes there is a difference but it depends on what you feel happiest drinking out of.)
  • A tea bag (that has not been brewed yet.
  • A Spoon.
  • Some Honey. (The honey is optional.)
  • And a working microwave.
  1. Step 1

Place the empty cup (if it is a cup and saucer do the same thing) on the counter. Take the cup and poor some cool water into it. But be careful not to poor too much water into the cup. Fill it to the rim of the cup.

  2. Step 2

Put the cup into the microwave. Next, (please keep in mind that all microwaves are different, so you may have to put in the amount of time differently then shown here.) put in the time for two to three minutes (it is also depends upon how hot you want your cup of tea to be.) When the microwave alerts you that the time is done, please pull the cup of water out of the microwave. But us a heating pad or something because the cup may be very hot.

  3. Step 3

Next, place the cup back onto the counter. Take the tea bag, and insert it into the cup. Now, when tea brews it will come out as a very dark stream of color. Do not take the bag out as soon as you put it in. Because if you do this, all you have made is colored water. And we all know that that would not taste very good.

  4. Step 4

Some signs that you have brewed the tea bag long enough are: 1. The liquid inside the cup looks very dark. 2. You can no longer see the color coming out of the bag. 3. The bag of tea is at the bottom of the cup.

  5. Step 5

Now for the last step, pull the bag out and throw it into the garbage can. You do not need to keep the bag any more because it has been used.

  6. Step 6

Once you have done this, take either some honey, or some sugar. Sometimes if you have a cold, you can put a bit of lemon juice with the honey to soothe your throat. Some people just plain like the taste of honey and lemon. Finally, take the spoon and stir in all of the ingredients.

  7. Step 7

When you have finished, enjoy the cup of tea and think about the wonderful dark flavor.

Tips & Warnings
  • Tea will taste very rich and dark.
  • You do not have to buy tea with caffeine in it.
  • You can buy fruit flavored tea, and regular flavors.
  • If it is a cup and a saucer be sure that there is no metal on the edges of the cup. And do not put the saucer in the microwave...
