Things You'll Need:
- Instant banana pudding mix
- ripe banana
- fork, plate & cup with spout
- milk
- freezer space

Step 1
mashed bananaCut one ripe banana in half. Peel and mash with a fork on a plate.

Pour 1 cup of milk into a large measuring cup. Any type of milk will work. You can use whatever kind of milk fits into your diet.

Step 3
mix banana, pudding and milkAdd the mashed banana and 3 Tablespoons of dry instant banana pudding mix powder. Mix well.

Step 4
freezer popsPour into freezer popsicle makers. Add lids.
Place in the freezer section of the refrigerator.
This small batch made 6 pops of the size you see here. -
Step 5
After they are frozen solid, remove them from the freezer and
run warm water over the outside of the one you want to remove until it slides out easily. -
Step 6
Banana pop and kidCall the kids and eat and enjoy.

Adjust the amounts of each ingredient according to your taste.
Use different fruits and pudding flavors for a variety of frozen treats. Increase the size of the batch to fill the number of containers you have.
