Things You'll Need:
- bottled water
- internet access
- the desire to stop poisoning yourself
-
Step 1
Check the water report of the location that you live. Many places have their water report posted online making this easier for you to access. If the fluoride in your town's water is more than 0.1 part per million it is to high.
-
Step 2
Drink non fluorinated bottled water anywhere that you are not completely certain has a safe fluoride level. Before doing this be sure to check the amount of fluoride in your bottled water. You can do this by calling the number on the bottle, or by checking the suppliers website. Again a level less than 0.1 parts per million is desired.
-
Step 3
Install a reverse osmosis water filtration system in your home. While these systems can be somewhat expensive they will save you in the cost of bottled water over time. Please make a note that Brita type water filters will not remove fluoride from water.
-
Step 4
Check the fluoride level of any bottled beverage you consume; this includes, soda, wine, beer, and many others. If the beverage was bottled in a location that has fluoride in the water more than likely this beverage also has fluoride in it and is not safe to drink.
