If you have a reliable connection, go to manga websites. You can look through them and read them. Most of the websites are created by fans so the translations might be a little tricky. Still, places like onemanga.com have lots of manga that you can sample. If you want to, donate to that website to let them buy more manga.

If you prefer to read manga in your hands, you can go to the local library. Libraries around the country are starting to have manga and comics in their shelves. If they don't have any, ask them.

Step 3
You can also go to Paperbackswap. They have all sorts of manga on that website. You do have to send books in return and pay for postage. You can't really tell what books are going to be up or not. However, you do get a great bargain for your books.
