Step 1
Know about your customers.
You have to collect as much information as possible about your potential customers. Find out who are these people and what they will need your website to offer. Your website must know what these people want and catch their interest. -
Step 2
Decide what your website will contain.
This is where content development takes place. You have to decide what will be your content. This phase is typically related to all non-design aspects of building you site, such as writing mark-up and organization of all of your information. -
Step 3
Designing graphics.
This will represent your company or business. This is the part where you should make the best representation of your company. This phase includes the logo, brand development and anything else requiring graphics on your site. -
Step 4
Add coding.
Once you have created your graphics template, you can now begin constructing the html and css templates. Including the back end programming or integration needed for your website, such as a content management system. -
Step 5
Launch your site.
Move all of your web files to your server and launch your website.
