Are you trying for a new addition to the family? Here are a list of easy, natural steps to take in order to increase your chances of getting pregnant.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Take care of yourself.

Staying in good health will increase fertility, and your chance of becoming pregnant. Eat, sleep, and exercise as you should, on a regular basis.

  2. Step 2

    Track your fertility.

Use an ovulation calendar in order to track your fertility cycle. This simple step can greatly increase the odds of conception.

  3. Step 3

Try to conceive in the morning.

Get busy in the morning. A man's sperm count is higher early in the morning; don't wait!

  4. Step 4

    Stop drinking alcohol.

Alcohol affects your body and can hurt your chances of getting pregnant. It can also run the risk of harming your baby if you conceive unknowingly.

  5. Step 5

    Stress less.

Stress can negatively affect your attempts to get pregnant if you don't keep it in check. Rest, regular exercise, and healthy relationships are all conducive to a successful pregnancy.

  6. Step 6

    Keep your partner healthy.

Make sure your partner is also taking care of their health; eating right, exercising, and steering clear of alcohol and drugs. It takes two to make a healthy baby!
