Stop drinking alcohol.
Alcohol affects your body and can hurt your chances of getting pregnant. It can also run the risk of harming your baby if you conceive unknowingly. -
Step 5
Stress less.
Stress can negatively affect your attempts to get pregnant if you don't keep it in check. Rest, regular exercise, and healthy relationships are all conducive to a successful pregnancy. -
Step 6
Keep your partner healthy.
Make sure your partner is also taking care of their health; eating right, exercising, and steering clear of alcohol and drugs. It takes two to make a healthy baby!
